By meeting your daily protein needs, your body’s metabolism will begin to increase & by meeting your daily fiber needs you’ll see an improvement in liver function (our natural detox system).

Each morning you’ll begin your day with 16 oz of water. Then, you’ll have your organic special gem shot (flavor of choice) to start your day. Within an hour of waking you’ll break your 12-14 hour fast with a protein rich breakfast to turn on your metabolism and power through your morning! You’ll have a colorful and fiber rich lunch that keeps blood sugar balanced and energy strong through the afternoon. Your midafternoon snack (sometime between 3-4PM) will contain healthy fats and fiber as a bridge to dinner. If you haven’t had your daily juice yet, you can pair it with this snack, otherwise I urge you to use it between breakfast and lunch if you’re used to having a meal at this point or struggle to drink water throughout the day! Dinner is a lean and green mix of protein and veggies and wholesome carbohydrates to promote restful sleep, and satiate the body. You should feel nourished by dinnertime and we recommend finishing up your last meal 2-3 hours before bedtime to get the most out of our reset and promote a healthy appetite for the morning!
