Bravado Biscuit Co. started simply as a project to address a personal need in the breakfast segment: a high-quality, locally sourced, gourmet biscuit for breakfast sandwiches or to be enjoyed on its own. "At the time this enterprise started, I was working as an Executive Chef running multi-million-dollar food operations, all the while, cooking for presidents, dignitaries, celebrities, and of course the public. Well, 2020...and all its craziness... provided an opportunity for me to pivot into making and selling fresh baked gourmet biscuits to the public via local DFW farmer's markets. The response was immediately positive, and feedback received naturally provided a springboard to creating a frozen product that the consumer could bake in the comfort and convenience of their own home. The 2021 farmer's market season arrived and our frozen take'n'bake biscuits took off....and we've added more stuff along the way." Kris Pessarra, owner.
